Lawrence began his professional football career in the Blues youth teams. After that, he was one of the defenders at the Blues on loan to AFC Wimbledon in July 2021. He is currently playing in MK Dons FC on a season-long loan contract.

Ian Maatsen (to Burnley)

Ian Maatsen was born on 10th March 2022. He is a professional player who plays as a left-back defender for Burnley from a loan transfer. 

The talented defender  Ian Maatsen joined Feyenoord’s football academy at the age of 7. However, he had to drop out of the academy due to his small body. He moved to Sparta Rotterdam, PSV Eindhoven. In 2018, He then became one of the Chelsea defenders on loan form. 

To gain more real experience before contributing to the first-tier lineup squad, Maatsen transferred to Burnley with a season loan contract. He had his first debut in the 2022- 2023 EFL Championship against Huddersfield.

Sam McClelland (to Barrow)
