Mount’s contract is set to expire at the end of the season, and negotiations for an extension have not yet progressed. Reports suggest that Potter may be open to selling Mount in the summer and has even created a list of potential replacements, with Pereira at the top of the list.

Andreas Pereira is not a stranger to Premier League fans, having been part of Manchester United’s academy since 2011 and making his debut for the first team in 2014.

Despite his efforts, he was not able to secure a regular place in the team and was loaned out to various clubs including Granada, Valencia, Lazio, and Flamengo before being sold to Fulham in 2022. After 32 appearances for Fulham, he scored 3 goals and provided 6 assists, becoming an important player for the London club.

Pereira’s market value is around £25 million, and both Atletico Madrid and PSG are reportedly interested in signing the 27-year-old Brazilian midfielder, in addition to Chelsea.

However, it is important to note that these reports are based on speculation and rumors, and there has been no official statement from either Chelsea or Andreas Pereira regarding a potential transfer.
